Of course, storms do come in life. But as long as you have put down deep roots, you will remain grounded throughout the storms. And remember, growth occurs as a result of the rain. It is the rain and sun combined that bring life. If you have one without the other, growth will not--cannot--occur. So be thankful for the rain and storms in your life.

Now that we have the official definition out of the way, what the heck is coaching anyway? I'm glad you asked. At its core, coaching is simply a series of provocative conversations between a client and a coach that reveal the client's true self and spur the client on to life-changing action.
Coaching gives you an opportunity to examine your life. It clarifies barriers and limitations you place in your path so they can be dealt with and removed. It also helps you see what motivates you, empowers you, and inspires you. This process of discovery helps you design a life that reflects your deepest desires, a life worthy of the real you.
What is Spiritual Life Coaching?
The reason I call myself a "Spiritual Life Coach" is twofold:
Firstly, I believe we are designed to navigate life from our spirit, or heart. In other words, our hearts are at the center of who we are. In the spiritual life coaching process, you will discover more and more of your heart and become equipped with powerful tools to help you express it more fully and more often.
Secondly, the spiritual life coaching process is unique in that both the client and the coach recognize the involvement and movement of God in the coaching relationship. As your spiritual life coach, I commit to hearing, seeing, and reflecting to you what I feel God is doing in your life.

I was born and raised in the
I strive to be an artist, a constant learner, and a teacher. Each day, I try to laugh, create, learn, and help others grow to their fullest potential. It's a passion of mine (dare I say "calling"?). The world is my classroom, test lab, and playground. But I'm not interested in learning for learning's sake. If I can't apply something that I've learned, if it doesn't make a practical difference in my life or others' lives, then I don't keep brain space for it.
