Spiritual life coaching is a series of provocative conversations that reveal the client’s true self and spur them on to life-changing action.  The coach and the client recognize God’s involvement and movement in the coaching process and strive to join in His will.

The reason I call myself a "Spiritual Life Coach" is twofold:
Firstly, I believe we are designed to navigate life from our spirit, or heart.  In other words, our hearts are at the center of who we are.  In the spiritual life coaching process, you will discover more and more of your heart and become equipped with powerful tools to help you express it more fully and more often.

Secondly, the spiritual life coaching process is unique in that both the client and the coach recognize the involvement and movement of God in the coaching relationship.  As your spiritual life coach, I commit to hearing, seeing, and reflecting to you what I feel God is doing in your life.
