Mission Statement
- It is my personal mission to lift others up and help them achieve their dreams, grow closer to God, and truly live rather than to merely exist.
- In order to accomplish this mission, I live a life of discipline, walking with God in the daily, life-giving practices that help me create space for Him in my life and build strength to follow His will.
- Difficult circumstances bring out the best in me. I employ a high standard of integrity which flows through all aspects of my life. I grow in love and compassion each day, in my relationships with God, my wife, son, and family and friends.
- I commit to a daily connection with my mind, body, and spirit, with nature, God, and those I love and encounter. I believe you are always moving forward or backward. To continue moving forward, I commit to daily learning, nurturing of my talents, and exploration of new ones.

Values
Before choosing a coach, it's important to know what they value. These are my core values. I look forward to learning about your values to help me make sure each session is relevant to you. Please bear in mind that these are ideals. I don't pretend to live these all the time. I just do my best every day, which is all we can ask of ourselves.
- Relationship with God: I trust everything that occurs in my life happens according to God's plan. Even when I am challenged or disappointed, it serves a higher purpose. I have a personal relationship with God, just like with any friend and mentor. We talk every day. He is always there for me. I don't take his gifts or love for granted. I do all I can to serve him each day.
- Learning: I am learning each day, each moment. Instead of feeling like I have all the answers, I remain in a posture of openness and humility. I learn from everyone I meet and talk to, and from every experience.
- Having fun: Life is a blast. I really enjoy meeting new people, seeing new places, and having new experiences. In short, every experience is also a chance to have fun. I invest my life in those things that are fun and fulfilling for me.
- Balance: Life is cyclical. I embrace this cyclical nature of life, recognizing that there is a time and place for everything and that all my priorities must coexist peacefully and constructively, supporting one another.
- Forgiveness: I forgive myself and others for real and perceived hurts, asking for God's forgiveness when necessary, and letting go of my injuries.
